When Life Takes The Scenic Route
Teresa Edwards thought she knew how life was meant to go. Career. Marriage. Home. Children. A nice straight line into the future.
Then, in December 1990, her fingertips began to tingle. She found a perfectly sensible explanation and carried on. At least, she thought it was perfectly sensible.
More than thirty years later, she looks back at the glitches, the diagnosis and everything that came afterwards: raising a family, learning to accept help, moving to Spain, and negotiating a body that has never been especially good at following instructions.
Warm, candid and full of humour, Memoir of a Wobbly Life tells the story of a life lived with MS: sometimes difficult, frequently ridiculous, and rarely following the route expected.

Meet Teresa

I live in rural Cambridgeshire with an understanding husband, surrounded by family and friends. We have a cat who occasionally deigns to live with us - sometimes with a neighbour instead. We think of him as a time-share cat!
I have been married to Ken since 1990, and we have been together through almost the whole list: we've had the poorer, the sickness and the health. Still waiting for the richer...
